Roof Waterproofing

Roofing materials usually form the main waterproofing on pitched roofs. However, as a safety precaution, a second waterproofing is formed with a bitumen or synthetic-based cover under the roofing materials. For example, tile, clamped metal coating, bituminous shingle, etc.

Waterproofing should be checked at least once a year and necessary maintenance should be done. Partial deteriorations, cracks and holes in the waterproofing should be repaired immediately with appropriate methods.
